By using the Sites, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Sites. 360 Book Marketeers reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of its Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice. - Information 360 Book Marketeers Collects About You
Information You Provide. You may choose to provide 360 Book Marketeers certain personal information, whether over the telephone, on the Sites, via email, or at live events. The types of “Personal Information” that you may provide to 360 Book Marketeers include:

Information 360 Book Marketeers Collects through Automated Means. In addition to the Personal Information that you provide, 360 Book Marketeers and its third-party service providers may use various technologies that automatically or passively collect information such as your usage, browsing activity, device, and geolocation data (collectively referred to as “Usage Information”) when you visit or interact with the Sites, 360 Book Marketeers’s emails, or 360 Book Marketeers’s online advertisements. The technologies that 360 Book Marketeers may use for this automatic data collection may include:

A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer or tablet, mobile or other device when you visit the Sites or access 360 Book Marketeers’s online content. The web server logs also may record information such as the address of the web page that linked you to the Sites and the IP address of the device you use to connect to the Internet.
- Web Beacons. Pages of the Sites and 360 Book Marketeers’s emails to you may contain small electronic files known as “web beacons” (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs). Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a variety of purposes, including, but not limited to (1) to count users to the Sites or specific pages on the Sites; (2) to monitor how users navigate the Sites; (3) to count how many people opened an email or clicked on a link; (4) to track other website statistics, such as the popularity of certain website content; and (5) to verify system and server integrity and security.
Third-Party Web Analytics Services
360 Book Marketeers may use third-party web analytics services on the Sites, such as Google Analytics. The service providers that administer these services use technologies such as cookies, web server logs, web beacons, and similar technologies to help 360 Book Marketeers analyze how visitors use the Sites, their emails, and their online advertisements. The information collected through these means is disclosed to these service providers.
Targeted Advertising
360 Book Marketeers also may allow third-party advertising services and networks to use cookies, web server logs, web beacons, and similar technologies on the Sites and its emails, third-party websites and emails, and its advertising placed on third-party websites. They use this information to provide advertisements about 360 Book Marketeers’s services that may be of interest to you. Do Not Track Notice or Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” feature that allows you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to websites and online services that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. 360 Book Marketeers does not respond to these “Do Not Track” signals. At this time, 360 Book Marketeers does not track information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites. 360 Book Marketeers also does not authorize third parties to collect any Personal Information from you on the Sites for these purposes.
Public Forums
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information that you choose to post, submit, or share in public forums, such as reviews, comments, critiques, editorials, testimonials, or blog discussions. Information or other content that you choose to make available in a public forum may be viewed, collected, and used by others. 360 Book Marketeers encourages you to use caution when posting personal information in a public forum.
- How 360 Book Marketeers Uses Your Information
360 Book Marketeers uses Personal Information that you provide to 360 Book Marketeers and Usage Information that 360 Book Marketeers collects through automated means to:
- Perform services, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, making royalty payments, if applicable, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytics services, or providing similar services;
- Send communications and contact you about 360 Book Marketeers’s publishing services and related products and services, including promotional materials and other information about the publishing services of 360 Book Marketeers’s various imprints;
- Administer your participation in special events, contests, sweepstakes, surveys, and other promotions;
- Perform audits regarding a current interaction with you and concurrent transactions, including, but not limited to, counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance;
- Short-term, transient use, including, but not limited to, the contextual customization of ads shown as part of the same interaction;
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and prosecute those responsible for that activity;
- Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
- Operate, optimize, and improve 360 Book Marketeers’s products, services, and operations, including, but not limited to, developing new services, managing communications, performing data analytics, research, and analysis to improve 360 Book Marketeers’s products, services, marketing, and customer relationships;
- Comply with legal obligations or to protect 360 Book Marketeers’s legal rights;
- Facilitate internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve 360 Book Marketeers’s services and communications;
- Customize and personalize your experience with 360 Book Marketeers, including through advertising and communications, and identifying your preferences;
- Manage your participation in 360 Book Marketeers’s events and other promotions and
- Provide customer service and process your inquiries.
- Information 360 Book Marketeers Shares
360 Book Marketeers does not share Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent. 360 Book Marketeers may share your Personal Information with:
- Service Providers: 360 Book Marketeers may share Personal Information with companies that provide services on 360 Book Marketeers’s behalf, such as hosting the Sites, processing payments, providing customer service, and performing data analysis and research. These service providers are contractually restricted from using your Personal Information for any purpose other than to provide services to 360 Book Marketeers.
- Business Transfers: 360 Book Marketeers may share or transfer your Personal Information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any proposed or actual merger, sale, or acquisition of all or a portion of 360 Book Marketeers’s business, assets, or equity, or any other similar transaction, including the case of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership.

Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing emails, 360 Book Marketeers may continue to send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account, purchases, or ongoing business relations.
- Cookie Preferences: You may refuse to accept cookies or adjust your privacy settings, as described above.
- Children under the Age of 13
The Sites are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Sites. 360 Book Marketeers does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If 360 Book Marketeers learns it has collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, 360 Book Marketeers will delete that information. If you believe 360 Book Marketeers might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact 360 Book Marketeers.
- Data Security
360 Book Marketeers has implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to 360 Book Marketeers is stored on secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although 360 Book Marketeers does its best to protect your Personal Information, 360 Book Marketeers cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to the Sites. - Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and any disputes related to it are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
- Changes to This Privacy Policy
360 Book Marketeers may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When 360 Book Marketeers makes changes to this Privacy Policy, 360 Book Marketeers will post the updated policy on the Sites and update the Privacy Policy’s effective date. Your continued use of the Sites after 360 Book Marketeers posts any modifications to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
